Wordloc Translation Services LTDA is committed to complying with laws that protect the privacy of clients’ and the general public’s data. This page is intended to provide information about how we comply with data protection regulations, what information we collect when you browse our communication channels, and how that information is collected, used, and protected by us in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law – “LGPD”). The use of our products and services, as well as our platforms and other interaction channels made available, is conditional upon acceptance of this Privacy Policy, including by our employees.

  1. Source of Personal Data

Wordloc Translation Services LTDA will have access to personal data in the following situations:

  • Client interaction: When the client provides and enters personal data necessary for the provision of services and the use of products supplied by Wordloc Translation Services LTDA.
  • Employee interaction: When employees and contractors of any kind use our systems and platforms to fulfill duties and obligations stemming from the contractual relationship.

Wordloc Translation Services LTDA may act as:
