Who We Work With

We partner with professional translators who meet the following criteria:

Experience

We require a minimum of three years of proven experience in technical or creative translation. More than fluency in the working language, you must demonstrate consistent professional activity during that period.

Education

A university degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field is required. We also value specialized training, such as courses in medical translation, clinical research, or marketing and copywriting translation.

Specialization

We exclusively work with translators who specialize in our core sectors. Your portfolio must reflect solid experience in life sciences, legal, regulatory, or marketing content.

Invoice Issuance

Translators based in Brazil must issue invoices according to local regulations. For international translators, our system automatically generates invoices at the end of each month.
Important Information

We are a translation boutique working with a limited number of clients and projects. As such, we may not be actively looking for new translation partners at the time of your application, and you may not receive an immediate response. However, we make every effort to reply to qualified candidates and keep them informed throughout the process.

What to expect after your application

Review & Initial Contact

We will review your information, focusing on your specialization and past project experience. If your profile aligns with our needs, we will contact you to discuss our Service Level Agreement (SLA), payment terms, and fees. We do our best to accommodate proposed rates from applicants, but in cases where fees do not align with our client pricing structure, we will communicate this transparently.

Verification & Activation
If you agree to our service terms, you will need to provide documentation confirming your education and professional experience. Once verified, your profile will be activated in our translation platform, allowing you to receive project opportunities.

Project Assignments
You will be contacted by email when we have projects that match your language combination and area of expertise. Assignments are always offered based on quality requirements, specialization, and availability.

Training Opportunities
Throughout the year, we will also reach out with training sessions, workshops, and course opportunities to help you expand your expertise and stay updated with industry’s best practices.
